Holiday Inn Express & Suites Perryville I-55 by IHG

In town for a family reunion and truly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included, delicious and the service was excellent. Panvi, who manages the breakfast and dining area took great care of our large family.

This is a great hotel. It was amazingly clean and well maintained. Everything was spotless. We arrived on a 100 degree day with Excessive Heat Warnings. This hotel was perfectly cool and in fact was so cold we had to adjust the thermostat a bit. We were very happy to have a cool place to rest, relax, and sleep. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, great pillows, nice towels, an amazing breakfast with a great variety of options, and there were full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the shower wall which included pumps to get the product out. We were very happy with our stay. We didn't use the pool, but there was a nice pool available with pool towels available.

Conveniently located near St. Francis. Staff is great. Rooms and beds are comfortable. This is by far the best choice if you're in Cape.

The staff is super friendly and polite. Jamison started us off great with helping us get our conjoining rooms figured out. That way my family of six were all together. The 2 days we had breakfast the staff made sure we had what we needed. The last day we were a little late and eating as they were closing up. The lady was very polite and asked if there was anything else we would like to get before they closed up. She was great with our kids and they enjoyed talking to her. I would say they didn't have as much of a variety as other properties. They didn't have bananas, biscuits & gravy, or chocolate milk. The rooms are clean and well kept. They are a green friendly property. There are only two shower towels per room but more are available upon request. The toilet was a bit scary as it seems like it is the flusher 10,000. As you flush the toilet it flushes with such velocity that water splashes out of the bowl and onto the seat and lid. I personally think that this property is taking steps to help combat with rising cost due to inflation. The property was very reasonably priced. We will be staying here again and will recommend this property to anyone that asks. Thank you to the staff, we appreciated them during our stay.

Good rooms and pool. Sub standard breakfast (mainly the hot items)

Very nice and clean hotel, and I slept very well. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only area for improvement would be the staff interaction. They didn’t greet me when I came in or out and seemed a bit annoyed, which made the experience feel less welcoming. Breakfast was also disappointing. The eggs and bacon appeared overcooked and kept in a bin, and the oatmeal looked dry and not fresh. With a few improvements in service and breakfast quality, this could be a great place to stay. I paid a little more that the area average so I guess I expected a little better experience.

Stopped in Perryville on a cross country trip and picked the hotel based on ratings. Was extremely impressed with the helpfulness of the manager. He took an interest in our trip and recommended some alternate routes that proved good. Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and quiet. Led us to choose more Holiday Inn Express locations on the rest of our trip, and for the most part was very pleased.

This hotel is easy to get to, and the staff is welcoming and helpful. We had a comfortable stay!
